Nikki Connors

Nikki’s career has spanned over 25 years as board member and Director of many multinational companies both in New Zealand and the UK.

In 1999 Nikki was nominated for the Veuve Cliquot UK Businesswoman of the year and shortlisted for the UK Publishing Woman of the year; She was also a Finalist in the New Zealand Next Magazine businesswoman of the year award 2016 and Finalist in the  2020 Westpac Bank New Zealand Women of Influence Awards.

A commentator within the property investment industry, Nikki has been interviewed consistently by the NZ Herald, Sunday Star Times and Breakfast TV. The media have dubbed Nikki New Zealand’s Queen of Property and the country has seen her grace the covers of numerous magazines.

Nikki is also  a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences including Women in Leadership and NZ Property Investors Federation and spoken alongside some of New Zealand’s top Economist.

Giving back, she had held Women and Wealth lunches to help women with their financial future, instigated and run a free mentoring programme for entrepreneurial women and taken clients and employees to build homes for the poor through Habitat for Humanity in Nepal and Vietnam. 

Her inspirational life has been written and documented in the press and magazines such as NZ Women’s Day and Eye Magazine and her Book ‘A Fabulous Failure’ reached number five on the New Zealand top non fiction list in book shops.

Since Nikki’s return to New Zealand she has been working with prospective purchasers to assess their financial and social position, their long term goals and then in conjunction with their legal and accounting advisers implementing property solutions to meet those goals.

Trevor joined Propellor Properties in 2011 when he returned to New Zealand after 30 years in Australia, where he worked as Sales Manager for a large property investment company. He also set up 3 Real Estate offices in Northern Brisbane before selling out to his business partner in order to return to New Zealand (just in time for the Christchurch Earthquakes). As a holder of Real Estate Licenses in Australia and New Zealand, his international experience in this industry is of immense value to Propellor clients.

With a rich background spanning both the New Zealand and Australian property markets, Anaru brings a wealth of expertise from his tenure as an advisor at several major property development and investment firms over the past five years. Raised in a close-knit and culturally vibrant whānau (family), he deeply appreciates the trust that clients place in him and is driven to exceed their expectations daily.

Anaru’s enthusiasm for empowering others and passion for success fuel his commitment to providing clients with the best opportunities available. John Dorking

John entered Real Estate in 2000, and gained AREINZ qualification in 2005.

Although originally from Auckland, John has been involved in Real Estate since 2000 in Dunedin, where he worked for a number of years in commercial, business and residential sales.

In 2005, John, having obtained associate membership of the REINZ, opened his own Real Estate agency in Dunedin, which he operated successfully until 2009, when a change in his wife’s job led him back to Auckland, where he has been instrumental in setting up a number of Franchise offices for different companies, as well as running his own office.

John has also been a Skills Assessor, and has mentored a number of top agents. In his spare time John enjoys theatre, (and has appeared in a number of productions in Dunedin), Motorsport and the Classic Car scene.

John is a past President of the Otago Classic Motoring Club, and past Vice President of the Auckland Mustang Owners Club.

John has also been a Motorsport Association Steward and License Examiner.
